Level 3 Residential Childcare

This qualification will help learners develop the knowledge and skills needed when working with children and young people in a residential childcare setting.

Learners will gain essential skills and knowledge to support children and young people in residential childcare environments, including wellbeing and resilience, positive relationships and attachments, health and safety, safeguarding from sexual exploitation, communication, positive behaviour, and achieving positive outcomes.

Course Duration:
– 12 months as a stand alone course
– 18 months as an apprenticeship
